MONITORING APPLIANCE MON-APP USB issue

I have MON-APP monitoring appliance and have some issues.
Device is booting into Windows and then into monitoring software normally, but mouse and keyboard stop working, no response.
So I can not configure and use it at all.
Any ideas how to solve it?

    Have you tried using different ports or updating the drivers? In most cases, those steps typically resolve the problem.
