Cellular alert add on connects and disconnects

My two new LTE cellular add on devices continually cycle between connected and disconnected. This results in missed email alerts.

This is what comes up on my computer monitor when networked to base unit: "Temporary set to disabled as ADDON is disconnected"

same base unit but two different ADD ON units do the same thing.

I have updated the firmware on the base unit to the current version.

Why is this happening.

Please advise.

Hello, have you tried using different base unit or changing the cable?
