SensorGateway v5 was factory reset and now it cannot connect to temperature sensors

Hi,
We just factory reset our gateway that was working fine with two temperature sensors connected and now it does not see them at all. We have power cycled the gateway and the sensors but there is no change. What are the steps to get the sensors working again.

Hi Bruno, were you able to revert to the latest firmware? If not, please update to it. You can download the latest firmware from your myInfrasensing account.
