Air Quality Sensor will shut down by itself

I have 4 sonsors (light, Air Quality Sensor, Water Leak Sensing, sound), 1 gateway and 1 hub. When I connected them togather, they work well at the begining. But for some reason, after using it for a while, the Air Quality Sensor value disappears and the value cannot be seen on either the gateway or the webserver. It can only be fixed by re-plugging the Air Quality Sensor ethernet cable. The time of occurrence is not fixed, sometimes it takes a few hours, and sometimes it takes a day.

What should I do to solve this problem?

PS: Only Air Quality Sensor have that issue.

    Have you tried replacing the cable? It could be the root cause of the issue.

    I also recommend connecting the air quality sensor directly to the base unit to check if the same issue would occur.

    Hi Stuart, we have tried replacing the cable many times. But let me try to connect the IAQ senesor directly to base unit.
