Email alert problem
Hi,
I'm using your software since the begining of the week and i have trouble with the Email alert.
When i run the test with my smtp internal server (lotus notes) or trought my gmail account, no problem, i receive the test mail. The smtp parameters was well configured in the settings.conf file but i never received an alert when a server become down. I run the debug mode but there is nothing in the debug file about any Email after an alert.
I have no firewall or antivirus running and i can send Email from my PC trought my smtp server with another product (kiwi, sawmill etc.)
Your product seems to be attractive but i need to solve this issue to continue my tests.
Thank's for your advice.
P.S. sorry for my poor english, i'm french

The debug output of the alerting module is the output from the s-alerts.exe component. To run in debug mode, do as follows:
1) Stop the ServersCheck Monitoring Service
2) Double click on the monitoring_manager.exe
3) From the command prompt in the main ServersCheck directory, type following:
s-alerts.exe > debug.txt
4) Let a monitor fail for which you have an email alert option defined.
5) Reply with the debug.txt and the information sent to the s-alerts.exe window
With Gmail settings :
Debug.txt -->
