    Being in Doha doesn't help dealing with shipment so because we had a spare Dell server I've downloaded and installed the software on a Windows 2008 installation.

    Yes, we've done that. Only one cable will show WET. It will show WET in either port 1 or port 2.

    OK. Just to exclude it is a sensor failing, can you just connect and submerge one cable at a time and see if it shows WET. We want to know if it is a firmware or cable issue.

    Thanks. The link on the v4 firmware page is broken and tries to download setup.exe. I found the real 2.10 based on the other download URL which seems to have fixed my original problem.

    When I added the dry contact sensor it stopped sending the sensor that generated the alert. Just get the message.

    In my case I'm using temp, power and dry contact on the same sensor so the email doesn't indicate which one generated the alert. Was hoping that there is some way to indicate this in the email.
