this is a network issue. maybe something blocked on your mail server or in your network route (firewall etc..)

SNMP Set could be utilized by using the necessary tools to do so ie, Net-SNMP on Linux. Hence, the documentation that's going to be needed will depend on the tool to be used.

One other thing that i have noticed is that the MIB table on your website contains 117 entries but the device walk returns 585 entries.
