Issue resolved - customer had a different community string in device compared to the one using in the software

In the sensorgateway you have "Public" as community string and in your apps you are using "public" as community string.

The issue has nothing to do with timeouts. Sensor data also goes missing from the web interface and from the physical display on the sensor gateway.

Does the server check software support the air quality sensor that you sell, as I can't seem to see the option in the software.

Unfortunately there is no toggle between daylight saving time on our current firmware. it only shows the standard time.

OID's depend on the sensor and what you want to monitor and your configuration.

I am located in the Pacific Standard Time zone which is UTC -8. When I set the appliance to -8, it display the time one hour earlier. To correct, I must set the Time Zone to -7 which is incorrect.

The MIB Browser shows that it replies to SNMP.
